The house itself is of a generous size throughout and comprises of a 10' kitchen, bathroom, and a 14' lounge/diner on the ground floor, whilst the first floor houses the two double bedrooms that enjoy 12' high vaulted ceilings with an interconnecting wardrobe. There is a small front garden and an allocated parking space with the house which is more than handy when you come home laden with shopping bags! A great first home, or an equally brilliant 'lock up and leave' holiday pad.
OWNERS COMMENTS We instantly fell in love with the charm, character and the size of this house on our first viewing. It was so much bigger than anything else we could find for a similar price, and the fact that there was a parking space was the cherry on the cake! The location has everything we need right on our doorstep, both for practical daily life and also for when we want to have some fun. Walking along the beach on a nice summers morning is one of life's little luxuries, and we hope to stay as local as we can a Sandown is the best place to live on the Island when the sun is shining. The neighbours are a friendly, considerate bunch and help to create the feeling of our own little community here.
