OUR COMMENTS As soon as you step inside this spacious, sunny and well presented apartment you will want to live here, and that's before you even realise that the golden, sandy beach is just a stones throw away! There cannot be too many better places to live than here during the summer months when the Island, and in particular Sandown comes to life. Locally there is so much to do and see within easy reach including the high street, leisure centre, beach, parks and the cliff path, and there are excellent transport links to the mainland with the nearby train station taking you to the Fastcat or Hovercraft. The flat internally is spacious, bright and well presented, and in particular the 16' lounge which is open plan to the kitchen and a brilliant space for entertaining and socialising with family and friends. The flat also comes with the added bonus of an allocated parking space. There is the option here to own anything from 40%-100% of the flat on the shared ownership scheme.
OWNERS COMMENTS The chance to get on the property ladder at a very affordable price appealed to us greatly when we first became aware of the flat, and the idyllic beachside and town centre location was the cherry on the cake for us! When we stepped through the front door we were very impressed with the size of the rooms and how bright and sunny the apartment was. We have loved living here for the last 7 years amongst brilliant neighbours who are all friendly and considerate. Everything we need is close by for practical, daily, family life as well as for more fun filled occasions such as spending time on the beach, going swimming at the leisure centre or enjoying a bite to eat at one of the many bars and restaurants!
