I was a first time buyer looking for a modern property that didn't require any work. I remember looking at 3 apartments on this development and this one was the nicest. It had a good view across the central green and as it's on the top floor this gave me greater security.
Occasionally some of the neighbours get together and have a barbecue on the green which is always nice.
I often take a walk down to the Country Park in Leybourne. It's a great place to grab some fresh air and watch some of the wildlife.
