We spotted this home and immediately knew it had so much potential and we put a lot of thought, time and effort in making it the best we could.
We have replaced the kitchen which has plenty of space particularly as the utility room can take the washing machine and tumble dryer etc out of the way. We wanted to give the house a “wow factor” and feel this has been achieved especially with the bathroom which is larger than that in houses of twice the price and has a separate shower too. Whilst remodelling it we also put in a second toilet which we thought would be great for this family sized home.
