We purchased as a family home and it has been lovely. The location has been great with Langstone Harbour and the Hayling Billy trail being just across the road, whilst being only a short drive from Havant with its easy access to both Portsmouth and Chichester. The neighbours have been around a long time as have we and are very friendly.
