We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and have worked hard to create an environment in the flat that we are happy with. We love the location of the property as aside from the communal grounds which are beautiful in the summertime, you are not too far from Havant town centre.

If you commute for work you have the motorways nearby ensuring you can get to Portsmouth, Southampton or further afield really easily. Also you are within walking distance of Havant train station.

We sincerely hope that the new owners enjoy the property as much as we have.
