We chose this house for several reasons, firstly the position was ideal for access to both the motorways and for the railway station, furthermore, it is a very nice location in general.
The primary school opposite was also ideal and this meant getting our daughter to school was very easy with no stressful school run to deal with every day.
We also liked the character of the house and the fact that it has a nice garden which enjoys lots of sunshine throughout the summer months.
