This property was in the family before we brought it and it provided a great first home for us as a married couple. Since buying it we have added to the first floor bedroom an en suite and the rear extension providing a sizable living room, we also incorporated the out house to provide the study and what was the kitchen and living room is now the central area to eat, cook and chat in.
For everything from docks to convenience stores tesco and co-op - fantastic schooling and of course the train station which gives access to everywhere for the whole of the family.
We will be sad to leave but hope the next owners enjoy it here as much as we have.
