Getting on the ladder can sometimes be challenging, but I was over the moon to find this place especially as my first purchase.

I thought this had great space for my budget in comparison to some of the other flats that I had viewed. In addition to all of this, it had a garden which isn't the norm, because more often than not with flats or maisonettes it is all communal. The location is excellent, it is not right on top of the town, but also not too far either so very easy to get around. I have had the property rented out in recent years which offers a great return, which is another option if you are an investor.
