I purchased this flat as my first time over 3 years ago, it is a great place to call home, in actual fact I felt I got a good deal for my budget.

What I really liked was how spacious it was for a studio in comparison to so many of the others I looked at.

Since living here, I've had both the kitchen and bathroom replaced and decorated throughout, so to be honest there is nothing that needs to be done.

I love the fact that I am on the outskirts of town, but still close enough to get to and from. I have really enjoyed my time here and I do hope the new owners feel the same.
