We bought this home about 7 years ago. The main thing that sold it to us was the superb views to the front. There are countryside views as far as the eye can see. It was also very peaceful which was another attracted feature to us. The village is great with everything we need, but Canterbury is only a short drive away for everything else. As time has gone on, job circumstances have changed which led us to move abroad. In this time we rented the property out, so this could also offer some investment potential.
