I moved to this home about 6 years ago. I was not from the area and was studying at the University so needed a place to stay. The apartment was only a couple of years old at the time, so did not require a lot of work, which was ideal for me. It was also close to the City centre and the universities. Although I had allocated parking space I could just walk everywhere. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that meant that when someone else moved in, we had our own private bathrooms. Since graduating I have also got a job in London so have been able to commute from here as well with the station being nearby. Due to work I am now looking to move out of the area and looking to sell the property with no chain.
