I have used the apartment over the years a holiday home. Kingsgate and Broadstairs in general is a lovely place to escape to for a few days. In terms of having somewhere to lock up and leave it is ideal and whoever buys it will have the benefit of moving straight in without worrying about doing lots of work.

When you pop out on the summers’ day to experience all that comes with the seaside you can leave the car in its own allocated parking space, secure at the back of the apartments.
