There are so many good things about living in the centre of Broadstairs. For starters it is within walking distance of everything from the shops down to the beach. It is a nice friendly area to live in and it is excellent how close it is to the train station. Travelling to London for work or pleasure is so easy when you don’t have to drive to the station.

The courtyard garden is excellent for enjoying the sunshine in private. Having the park, shops and other amenities nearby is so convenient.
