What the Owner says:

This property was home to an Island family before we bought it but for us it has been the perfect second home. Cheap to run, easy to clean and maintain, it always feels fresh and lived in and the garden is very easy to keep tidy, with an automatic watering system. We love the woodpeckers drilling away in the oak trees and the occasional badger even visits. The meadows opposite are full of wild flowers in spring, including orchids. At night the dark sky is wonderful for stargazing and you can often hear the sea from the porch. We never have any worries about leaving the house because we have such good neighbours.

It’s only 5 minutes walk down to Whitecliff Bay for a swim and homemade cake from the Tuppenny Café. There is also a footpath through Steyne Wood to the village shops or you can always catch the bus just outside.

It will be a real wrench to sell this home because we have had such good times here but we are now able to relocate permanently back to the Island and to do so we need a bit more external space for our hobbies!
