When we first saw this cottage over thirty-eight years ago, we just knew it was for us. The position is perfect for those wanting a wonderful peaceful retreat. We sit in the garden and the only sound is birdsong, or we sit in the conservatory and look at the fantastic views, for it is set in the middle of a nature reserve surrounded by trees and a beautiful hay meadow. Wildlife abounds; we are visited by red squirrels, pheasants, and countless birds. There are many footpaths right outside the gate leading in several directions. It is our perfect place and we do not want to leave, but sadly, age and poor heath have dictated we must. On the happy side, we know that another family will be able to make it into their perfect home and they too will never want to leave it.
