This stunning home is located in the village of Wouldham. With far reaching views of countryside, Wouldham is a small village on the South bank of the River Medway between Rochester and Maidstone.

The versatile layout is comprised over three floors and has plenty for you to explore. Why not make the most of its potential with the hidden basement entrance in the hallway, which leads to a fantastic space beneath the property, a feature that could be anything from a hideaway or games room.
Picture yourself warming up next to the open fire in the living room on a winter’s day or perhaps entertain guest in the generously sized dining room, grand enough for any occasion.
Despite the vast amount of countryside you certainly have enough to keep you occupied with the plot the home occupies. The rear garden has a range of mature shrubs to fruit trees, a garden that certainly flourishes in the summer months.
Come and see for yourself what delights await and book a viewing as soon as possible!
What the Owner says:
We were originally attracted to the home for its character, it’s a stunning property to look at and the views that the property looks out upon are also stunning.
The village has fantastic community spirit, a great area for a family to grow up in and with a primary school within walking distance, it really offers everything you could need.
The patio area is a great place to entertain with BBQ’s in the summer and the extra space that we have had in the house has helped us with our bed and breakfast business, that we have been running for several years.
