We bought the home off plan, we loved the look of the home immediately and the open countryside aspect to the rear really clinched the deal for us, having viewed a number of new builds, this aspect was something very special.
The home has been a great place to raise our family and we have lived here for some 15years now. The home has been a very social home and is great for entertaining, both indoors and out.
It is such a quiet location and we love the convenience of being close to Chichester, but not in it, yet feeling semi rural and part of the countryside. The tandem garage and drive for 4 cars has also been a very useful feature for us.
