I have owned the home for some 9 years now and it has been a great investment for me, I have never had any issues renting the home.

The home is light and bright, I think that is mainly because it is set in the roof space.

I really liked the look of the building, it has a grand feel to it and being close to the City centre is always an advantage for renting.
