We bought this house brand new, off plan, as we really had spent ages looking for a five bedroom house and this was one of the biggest houses they had and was also on one of the largest plots. The different living areas on the ground floor along with the two en-suites were also factors that really appealed to us when we purchased the property.
It was built approximately twelve years ago so haven't had to do much but we have added a conservatory and have landscaped the rear garden and built a huge shed which has lots of useful storage.
