When I first viewed this flat, it was the location that attracted me. Once inside, I was even more impressed as it was so light and airy throughout.
In comparison to all other properties I had viewed, this place definitely came out on top! It is a great size, has lots of storage, including a garage and there is also off street parking. The area is very well maintained, as well as the communal garden. So all in all, this property ticks all the boxes.
The only reason I am moving is due to a job relocation - if I could pick this property up and take it with me I would. I hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
