When we came to view this home we immediately knew it was for us, it just felt right! The location was perfect and we love the views towards the south downs across the farm land opposite and the fact that the garden faces south makes it a lovely area to relax in and enjoy the summer sun in privacy. We have found the accommodation really flexible which gives us all the space to our own thing but is also large enough for when we get together as family and it always seems to be light, bright and airy.
We stumbled across Southbourne by accident but really like the area as it has everything we need and is so convenient.
We love to walk the miles of country lanes and hope that the next owner will love the area and house as much as we have.
