We have owned the property since 2000 & was our family home for around 12 years. We extended the loft area into a bedroom with en-suite facilities plus had front of property developed into off road parking. The kitchen was also extended & renovated. There is also a summer house at rear of garden complete with decked area. The property was ideal for us as a growing family & was situated in a lovely residential area. We also liked having local shops, town centre & the rail station all within easy walking distance. Access to the main roads was also very easy.
