We were originally renting the house and really loved the amount of space that it offered and in particular the garden. We also liked the road and the fact that everything was on our doorstep, so when the landlord told us he was looking to sell we jumped at the chance and bought it.

Over the years we have done lots of improvements including refitting the kitchen, replacing the boiler for a far more efficient one, putting in a new double glazed back door, boarded the loft and decorating. It has proved to be lovely first time for us but now that we have family we have out grown it and need more space, so it is time for us to move on.
