We have lived here for the last 12 years and couldn't believe our luck when we managed to buy the house. It has been a great family home situated in a quiet tucked away cul-de-sac. Great for the children to play outside and only a few minutes stroll from Rocks Park Primary School. You are not overlooked from either the front or the back of the house.
It is a very friendly environment. We are moving because our oldest children have flown the nest and it is time for us to move on and a new family to enjoy the house the way we have.
