The first thing that we fell in love with was the sunny garden which is also quite private – it is one of the biggest gardens on the estate. In 2014 we put down a new much larger patio and re-laid the lawn with a better quality turf. We also created an area that is suitable for a shed or even a hot tub! We loved the traditional semi detached style of the property as we wanted a kitchen large enough for a table and four chairs and the town houses on the estate don’t have this space. When we purchased the house we upgraded to the top of the range “Paula Rosa” kitchen together with integrated appliances. All appliances are still under full guarantee.
