I have lived here for 30 years and have seen my family grow up in this lovely home. The property is located in a quiet position yet close to the seafront, this was something that was very important as i did not want to be on a busy road. Over the years I have made many improvements to my house and I have still managed to retain the original character that first attracted me to the property. I realise there is still some up-dating that is required but at least you can put your own stamp on. The rooms are all lovely and light and of a very generous size. The dining room and conservatory look out onto the beautiful garden. Now I am retired I have decided to downsize and hope the next owners will be as happy living here as I have been.
