We were living in Horsham and looking to upgrade. At the time we were having a lot of bad luck and lost out on five different houses. With the fear of losing our buyer we decided to move in with my relatives in Southwater. Once we moved to Southwater we immediately started to fall in love with the village and having dogs it was really ideal with the Downs Link and walks to the Bax Castle.
