I have enjoyed my eight years here and the lounge/diner is definitely my favourite room, with the large bay window it’s such a great space for entertaining my friends, or just relaxing after a busy day. While either preparing a meal in the kitchen or sitting at the table in the lounge it is nice to admire the outlook to the front of the property with its mature trees.
When I first viewed the property I was really impressed with the size of the two bedrooms (with built in storage) and the amount of other storage available throughout the apartment. Sensible service charges are paid to Saxon Weald who manage the building and grounds paying particular attention to keeping, the communal areas clean and tidy.
