Property description
This unique four bedroom detached home has an extremely flexible layout, which would suit many family’s needs.
When you step into the hallway, the open plan layout definitely has the “wow” factor. The modern kitchen is fitted with quality Bosch and Neff appliances, Corian work surfaces and underfloor heating. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining, the layout is perfect to keep an eye on the children, have a drink with guests at the breakfast bar or to serve food in the nearby dining room.
The lounge has recently had a new coal-effect gas fire installed with remote control, which will give you the benefit of instant warmth and a lovely focal point. The conservatory is modern, with fitted blinds and French doors, which access the beautiful established garden.
The enclosed back garden is of sunny aspect and perfectly placed at the back of the house is a slate patio area. There is also a large lawn, summer house, shed and decking area.
There are four good sized bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two upstairs. Bedroom 2 on the ground floor has an en-suite, making it ideal as a guest room or for anyone who struggles with stairs.

I commute to London daily so having Westenhanger station within walking distance and fast trains to London from Ashford for a total train journey of just under one hour was a deciding factor for us to buy a house in Lympne. Buses from the village to Hythe, Folkestone and Ashford offer a convenient and frequent service. Lympne is a lively village with post office/local store, village hall and pub, all within easy walking distance, which is very practical.
We enjoy country walks along the Royal Military Canal and the seafront. Hythe has a great High Street with many local shops and there are many supermarkets to choose from in the area.
