Hadspen is a delightful small Hamlet within the Parish of Pitcombe. The village is quiet & peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive from the bustling market towns of Castle Cary and Bruton. The nearby towns have an excellent range of shops and amenities catering for most daily needs. Castle Cary boasts a mainline station to London/Paddington. Other main towns in the area include the historic abbey town of Sherborne, the Cathedral city of Wells, Glastonbury and the cultural centres of Bath & Bristol. There is National Hunt racing at nearby Wincanton and Taunton, also flat racing at Bath & Salisbury. Golf clubs at Sherborne, Wincanton & Yeovil. There are excellent schools in the area including Kings School Bruton, Bruton School for Girls, Sexey's School Bruton, Milllfield & Wells Cathedral.

Directions
From our office in Castle Cary proceed up North Street to the crossroads. Go across and follow the right fork for approximately 1 mile to the village of Hadspen. Close to the Parish Hall and between 2 houses, one of which has blue/grey windows and doors, is a little part adopted lane on which will be found Nettlecombe Cottage after approximately 200 yards.
