It was mainly the location that first attracted us to this house as it is tucked away right at the end of the cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic making it nice and peaceful.
You can also walk to the local shops and schools and there are bus stops nearby and a little park along the road.
We also liked the fact that the house was modern and well presented as we find our spare time is very valuable to us. All we have had to do since moving in is to re-decorate every now and again.
We also liked the large driveway, which we really appreciated as the children grew up and we became a multi-car family, in fact we can park up to seven cars on the driveway.
