The fact that I have lived here happily for over 30 years without wanting to move house must prove what a great family home this is. It really has been ideal for raising my family. Since being extended, the amount of space is fantastic. I love relaxing in the lounge and enjoying the sun streaming in during the afternoon and evening and, in the summer, the children have loved playing safely in the garden. With Guildford only 3 miles away, it's really easy for me to pop into town, although the local shops provide all my day-to-day needs.

Now the children have flown the nest, it's time for me to move somewhere smaller and leave my lovely home to the next lucky owner!
