I moved here several years ago and have always loved the peaceful setting, especially as I have cat who I am sure appreciates being well away from a main road!

As well as having my own garden, it is lovely to have an open outlook over the communal grounds in front of the house. All the grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a real feeling of space which I think is rare in most modern developments.

I have now decided to move closer to my family but I'm sure the new owners will appreciate living in this lovely home.
