I chose this property because of the location, I need to commute to Brighton or London daily and find how quick and easy it is to walk 5 minutes to jump on a train therefore saving me some much time when I get home after a busy day.

I enjoy the garden as much as the dog and have plenty of space to throw a ball around but I am situated right in the middle of going one way to the South Downs or the other a walk down to the beach which he loves.
I enjoy the high ceilings and Victorian style of this house but my personal situation draws me away from the area.
