When I bought the house it was with the intention of letting it out. Having 3 bedrooms makes it a good option to attract, not only a couple, but families as well.
Since the most recent tenant moved out I have completely repainted throughout in neutral colours so it is now a fresh and welcoming home for anyone to move into.

The house has mostly been double glazed and has gas central heating which is serviced annually. I am not tying this in with buying on so anyone could move in relatively quickly.
