Before I let this property out, this was my family home for 10 years. In recent years I have rented it out and the rental income has been £625 per month.
My children and I loved living here so close to the sea. When they were growing up they were able to gain their independence as there was always regular buses that ran into town. Having a local shop and Aycliffe's own primary school was also really convenient.
Given that the road was quiet, in the summer months, we used to sometimes sit outside the front for a cup of tea whilst looking at the fabulous sea views.
