We were living in a split level maisonette in Sutton and wanted to move closer to family in Horsham. Having lived in a town we wanted to be somewhere a bit quieter and was advised that we should look at Southwater. We had a look at a few properties in the Cedar Drive area but they were too close to the road and we had three cats and we were a bit concerned about their safety. Once we viewed this property we loved everything about it, it was tucked away and had a very good sized garden.
We have enjoyed living here and we are only moving in order to be closer to family in the Isle of Wight.
