We were already living in Southwater and did not want to move out of the village as we really love living here and all of our friends and family are close by. We wanted a larger property, ideally detached and something we could put our own stamp on. When we received a call about this property it sounded ideal so we wasted no time in coming to see it. It was definitely a blank canvass and needed everything doing to it but we loved the layout and the privacy of the garden and knew exactly how we could change it to suit our needs.

We have really enjoyed remodelling our home and have enjoyed living here but we really want another project now and will be sad to leave but will not be moving far away.
