Living in Petteridge we have been lucky enough to experience the best of both worlds. We have the beautiful countryside which has been great to get the family out the house on a Sunday as well as being able to drive to Paddock Wood and the station within 10 minutes. We will be sad to leave our little community here but we have now got to the stage where we need more space. I hope the new owners enjoy the area and the home as much as we have over the past 10 years.
