When we first viewed this house, we were blown away by the sheer sizes of all the rooms. It was in great condition, so there was not much that we needed to do before calling it home. We have carried out some work in the garden, and decorated where necessary.
As the property is over three floors, the layout can be altered to suit your needs. We did not have the need for a third bedroom, so have chosen to use this as another lounge, and as it is on the ground floor, it does not feel out of place.
There is a cloakroom also on the lower ground floor that we do not currently use but could be handy for a family with young children.
