As first time buyers we were looking for a property that we could really put our stamp on. As soon as we walked into this place we knew that this was the one, it had been let out and was in need of some tender loving care, so it was exactly what we wanted. You wouldn’t recognise the place today from the tired and dated property that we first saw. We replaced the kitchen, redecorated throughout and tidied up the garden which has been amazing to have throughout the summer months.

We have found the property to be really economical to run and our electricity bills are much lower than expected. There are also no service charges or ground rents to pay as we have a share of the freehold.
