I was very keen to find a property within walking distance of the station so was over the moon to find something within just a few minutes walk. I have since found that our locality is even more amazing; we are a short walk to the park with the squash courts in the leisure centre; we are within walking distance to the High Street, the harbour, The Leas and the beach, to 'Googies' our favourite restaurant and to our favourite cinema, The Silver Screen. The design of this house was ideal for my teenage son and I; there is enough room for us both to live here without getting in each others way. The neighbours are wonderful and I will be sad to leave the road, it's a great community and one that I instantly felt at home in when we moved here.
