We have lived in this house for around 20 years and it has been mainly due to the location as it's so incredibly handy for everything. It's ideal for Dorking mainline and Dorking Deepdene stations, the town centre and schools, including the popular Ashcombe, you name it and it's easily accessible from here. It was also a remarkably spacious home with all of the bedrooms being a good size, which with the kids, made all the difference! We have never been keen gardeners so have not made the most of the rear garden, although anyone could soon change that if they wanted to. One of the best things we did was have the loft converted which gave us more space as a family. It has been a great place to live and bring up our children but now it's time to downsize.
