We liked this house from the outset because it is a cosy modern home yet has construction features which add to its charm and appeal.
Cowfold is a friendly village with a good community spirit and plenty of local activities to get involved in. It has easy access to both Brighton and Horsham with a bus service to both. There are interesting villages a short drive away and Gatwick Airport is only a 20 minute drive away.
We have made many ties in Cowfold area during the 8 years we have lived here but with family now a long way from the South East it is time for us to move on.
