Property description
FAMILY LIVING AND VILLAGE LIFE are just what you can expect from this fantastic family home set in the rural village of Capel. If you enjoy cosy evenings in the warm then you will love the lounge area as there is lots of room to cosy up in front of the superb log burner. If entertaining is your thing then you will probably spend most of your time in the kitchen/breakfast area, which has been cleverly designed to incorporate a stunning walnut breakfast bar which seats four for dinner, and is also open plan to a snug area. Needless to say this will no doubt become the hub of the home with the entire family gathering in here. The kitchen area itself is a brilliant size with lots of room to get stuck into the cookery books. Upstairs there is plenty of room for guests to stay the night with a choice of three lovely bedrooms and likewise a growing family would feel right at home here. When you fancy a bit of "quiet time" the spotless bathroom is the perfect environment for that well earned soak and when you see the bath, you may struggle to tear yourself away. There is also a stunning walk-in shower too so definitely the best of both worlds. Keen gardeners will relish all the outside space and there is certainly room for the kids to play a good game of football, hide and seek, have a trampoline and still have room for a barbecue on the patio! The outside store room also gives you the ideal spot for all your tools and gardening bits or perfect "man cave". All of this and the welcomed addition of no onward chain - what more could you ask for?
What the Owner says:
I moved here almost 10 years ago now and it has been the most perfect family home. Capel is a lovely village with a local shop, two pubs and even a mainline station within walking distance. I've done a huge amount of work over the years from replacing the kitchen units and bathroom to adding new carpets and the log burner. I've also changed the layout of the kitchen/breakfast area and created two storage cupboards, which I'm sure anyone could turn one into a downstairs cloakroom if needed (subject to the relevant permissions etc) The house is almost unrecognisable now compared to how it looked all those years ago. I'm looking to offer the house with no onward chain whatsoever so anyone needing to get in quickly could certainly do so here.
