I bought this property off plan when it was first built as I fell in love with the location. Pixham has a huge sense of community spirit and I instantly felt welcome here. It is also incredibly convenient for the town. One of the things that set this property apart from others I had viewed was the size of it. It was a lot bigger than most and I really liked the fact that I had my own front door, as this made it feel more like a house to me instead of a flat. It's great for getting into London as the stations are just a short walk away, so I can leave my car at home and in no time be on my way to the City. I'm going to certainly miss the convenience of this maisonette and will just miss Pixham in general. I'm able to offer no chain so anyone wanting to be in quickly can be accommodated.
