When we were looking for a home, we wanted somewhere that would be a project for us to put our own stamp on.
This house definitely had the space we needed and, during the last 3 years, we have rewired, redecorated and refurbished it, including replacing the kitchen and bathroom. We have also replaced the worn decking in the garden, giving us a home that works both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the planning involved and choosing the fixtures, fittings and colour schemes.
We are now looking for a new project but hope that the new owners appreciate what we have done here and enjoy the home as much as we have.
