Our Mum bought this flat 9 years ago to be nearer to the family. She liked the fact that there was a really nice feel about the property and, as it was the original Show Home, it was presented really well.
The added attraction of the flat being very close to the laundry room which is only around 20ft away, was the cherry on top of the cake!
The development has a lovely community spirit and there are plenty of activities always going on.
Being just around the corner from the local bus links and amenities has been so handy.
