I bought this home a while ago now for investment to rent out and it has been perfect. My tenants have been extremely happy here and I have really enjoyed the wealthy monthly income it has brought me in over the years. With a change of circumstances, it is time to let it go and I’m sure it will attract a great deal of interest, from local families to investors.
